MCM provides an organizational vehicle to develop a structured ministry into particular ethnic groups. MCM also provides resources and a network of leaders to help local pastors reach into cultural groups in their communities. To date there are 21 active ministries under the umbrella of MCM. The ultimate goal is to develop an organized ministry to evangelize every cultural group living in North America.
