Mike and Danan received their appointment to Central African Republic in February 2007, after having spent an eleven-month term on the Associates In Missions program in Madagascar. In 2018, Benin was officially added to their appointment. The Bensons have built and opened a full-time Bible school in Benin using the GATS Training Program. They also provide GATS training through night classes and quarterly classes in other regions of Benin. These training efforts have helped double the number of pastors and churches since their arrival in the country in 2015. Teaching and training apostolic doctrine is the Benson's passion.
