In 1996 Eugene “Geno” and Sherri Dominguez founded and pastored the Iglesia de Milagros Metro UPC in San Diego, California. They also achieved a very difficult Church in a Day built in the heart of San Diego. He is one of the co-founders of the sectional Spanish Bible Institute in San Diego. They served as associates in missions in Puerto Rico in 1993-94 and since 1998 have been involved with the work in Peru through some thirty trips ministering in conferences, crusades and training. They have travelled and ministered in more than thirty countries. Bro. Dominguez has authored more than thirty books and courses in English and Spanish. They also pioneered Spanish Bible quizzing in southern California and Peru. They were appointed missionaries to Peru in October 2012.
