Rick is a graduate of Indiana Bible College and Great Lakes University, with a Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies. Stacey attended Texas Bible College before serving as the secretary of a growing church in upstate New York. Married in Botswana, Africa, in 1994, they both draw from a life of ministry. Stacey grew up in a missionary home in Moshi, Tanzania. Rick is the son of a church planter in Ohio. The Perrys helped establish and grow the Learning Centre School and the UPC of Botswana, along with Stacey's parents. Eventually, God called them and their family to New Haven, Connecticut, to establish Haven of Hope. The Perrys are now returning to Botswana as fully appointed missionaries.
