The Dibbles, with more than four decades of ministry experience, began their global missions service as associates in missions, then intermediate missionaries, in the Philippines from 2000 to 2008. At that time David and Kelley became career missionaries and their field of labor was changed to Micronesia. In 2010, David was appointed as regional evangelist for the Pacific Region. He serves as the field superintendent for the UPC Micronesia (UPCM) and the regional missions secretary for the Pacific. Using the GATS program, David established the Micronesia Bible Institute in 2023, which has three virtual campuses in Palau, Pohnpei and Guam. The UPCM's vision aligns with the UPCI's Strategic Growth Initiative to train and license new ministers of the gospel; establish new works and preaching points in the five island nations of Micronesia; create a culture of growth in every local church; and help strengthen the island brothers and sisters to achieve these goals.
