In 2007 Peter and Robyn received their intermediate appointment to Papua New Guinea, where they restarted Bible school training. Later, they moved to Vanuatu to assist the missionaries there. In 2013, Peter became the field superintendent of the UPCI Vanuatu, after Lee Sherry retired. He and Robyn have been instrumental in teaching at the GATS certified ACTS II Bible College. As superintendent, Peter created a policies and procedures manual, a ministers' handbook and an updated national constitution. He has trained pastors and leaders across Vanuatu, leading to growth and stronger churches. Peter served as field superintendent for the Solomon Islands and is now the area coordinator for the Central Pacific Region. In 2023, the Grations expressed their burden to establish apostolic churches in Tasmania, which currently has none. Peter and Robyn plan to establish churches in Tasmania over the next few years, while continuing their work in Vanuatu.
