Explore the Need

Sam and Kristen met in Washington, DC, where they served as spiritual development pastor under Bishop Jerry Staten. While there, they were called to the mission field of Spain and served as associates in missions and then as associate missionaries. The Zenobias served approximately two and a half years. During this time, Sam and Kristen worked as the administrator and secretary, respectively, of the Bible Institute in Barcelona. They spearheaded a national project to extend Bible Institute to previously unreached students through a hybrid-learning concept. Sam and Kristen have served as youth pastors and assisted in new church plants. Both have preached and taught at conferences and national churches around Spain and have organized crusade-like events. The Zenobias were appointed intermediate missionaries in February 2023. Upon their return to Spain, they will plant churches, with God's help, in the most under-evangelized area in Southern Spain and work to strengthen the national Bible Institute program.
